Ready to Move Out?

Steps to Move out:

1. At least 30 days before, give us a call at (785) 330-9519 to let us know when you are going to be moving out (as per lease)

2. Completely empty your unit

3. Sweep out your unit

4. Remove the lock from the unit

5. Call us at (785) 330-9519 to confirm that you are out

6. If these steps are completed and there is no damage to the unit, we will refund your deposit.
